International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking-2019 inside prison observed

International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking-2019 was observed inside prison through awareness meeting and leaflet distribution at 4 working prison of DAM-GIZ-IRSOP Project. On 29.06.2019 a meeting was held at Kashimpur Female Central Jail and on 30.06.2019 another meeting was held at Dhaka Central Jail- Keranigonj, Kashimpur Central Jail-1 and 2. Senior Jail Supers, Deputy Jailors, Subeder and RSCC of IRSOP project was presented in those meetings. All the speakers discussed the devastating scenario of drug in Bangladesh and given emphasize to the prisoners to come back sober life from drug addiction and also their business.
