DAM tobacco control team participated Demonstration Program at BUET Campus.
On 25 October, 2017 DAM tobacco control program Campaign Officer Umme Jannat and Advocacy Officer Masud Rana met with BUET authority with other anti tobacco control organization representatives. After meet the authority Anti-tobacco control organization had participated at demonstration program to protest against the battle mind activity at BUET Campus. In the context of the protests BUET authority stops the program. Other anti-tobacco organizations who joined the demonstration include Pratyasha, Aid Foundation, ACLAB, WBB Trust, Campaign for Tobacco Free- Kids (CTFK), Bangladesh Anti Tobacco Alliance (BATA), Tamak Birodhi Nari Jote (TABINAJ), Tobacco Control Research Cell (TCRC) and PROGGA.
