Anti Drug Awareness Program 2017

Ahsania Mission Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center, Gazipur and District Anti Narcotic forum jointly organized an anti drug awareness program on 28 September 2017 at Tofazzal Update Academy in Gazipur. Honorable President of Gazipur Press Club & Bhawal Mirzapur University School Principal was present the program as a Chief Guest and Mr. Md. Azizul Haque, Assistant Director of DNC,  Gazipur  was present as Special Guest. Mr. Md. Azizul Hakim, Center Manager of Ahsania Mission Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center, Gazipur, spoke on the occasion as discussant and Tofazzal Update Academy Director Mr. Tofazzal Hossain Bachchu inaugurated the function. The meeting presided over the District Anti-Narcotics Forum’s president Alhaj, Mr. Shawkat Osman Sarker. Apart from this, the local community members including teachers, students and guardians were also presents the program.In the other hand, a seminar was held titled “Harmful Effects of Drug” with the students at Government KC College, Jhenaidah, organized by Ahsania Mission Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (Male), Jessore, on 21 September 2017. Government KC College, Jhenaidah teachers and 300 students, District Narcotic Control department, Jhenaidaha officials, Rover members and many others expressed their solidarity with this seminar. What is the drug? What are the signs of drug abuse, what are the disadvantages, ways to get rid of this drug, how to make drug addicts come under treatment and what steps the students will be able to take to create anti-drug movement was discuss through this awareness seminar. Government KC College, Jhenaidah Vice Chancellor Prof Sunil Chandra Das Presided the seminar and Deputy District Directorate of Narcotics Control Office, Jessore attended the meeting as a Chief Guest, Mr. Mohammad Nazmul Kabir, Deputy Director, Jessore. Chief Guest, District Narcotic Control department, Jessore deputy director Mr. Mohammad Nazmul Kabir Sarkar or the Directorate of Narcotics Control presented to students their implementing anti-narcotics activities and also took oath of being free from drugs from the students
